Terms and conditions

  • 5% supplement for one week bookings in June, July and August
  • Prices for up to a maximum of 16 people
  • Deposit 25% at time of booking
  • Full Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival
  • Prices include electricity, gas, water, sheets and house towels
    Please bring your own pool towels
  • Bookings run from Saturday pm to Saturday am
  • We ask you not to arrive before 16.00 hours, to allow us to prepare the house between
    visitors and to leave by 11.00 on your day of departure
  • Cancellation policy. Other than for peak period (from 7th July 2007-week commencing 25th August 2007): if cancelled 13 weeks prior to arrival – full refund:
    between 8 and 13 weeks - 50% refund: 8 weeks or less-no refund until we have been
    able to relet the accommodation. Peak period: if cancelled 13 weeks prior to arrival
    – full refund: if cancelled within 13 weeks of arrival - no refund until we have been able to
    relet the accommodation
  • You are strongly advised to take out personal holiday insurance to cover
    cancellation charges
  • A damage deposit of £200 is required with the final payment and will be refunded
  • Smokers are welcome, but they are not permitted to smoke in the house. We are happy
    to ensure ashtrays for outside smoking, but smoking anywhere in the house is not allowed
